I think I followed the Cookbook but still got rejected

Hey everyone, my app was just rejected from the app store because when people click the 'Restore' button, no action takes place. But I think I followed exactly what the Gamesalad Cookbook advised in terms of creating a Restore button, and also I assumed that the phone would try to communicate with Apple's database, thus creating some kind of effect. Did Apple make a mistake? Or should I add something more to the button? The picture shows the file - apart from the restore there's some graphical stuff with interpolation etc.

Also, if my iap is a non consumable using a table, should I not be using the expression editor on the iap button to reference the table? And if so, what should I be doing instead?
Really appreciate any help on this from somebody.
If I'm using a table for a non consumable - Should I be using the expression editor to type 'tablecellvalue ..' Etc like in the cookbook?
And the same question for restoring like the person asked above??

I only didn't do that because I'd seen similar questions knocking around here and there.
One of my apps with the same method for iap got approved though today, so obviously that wasn't the problem! Still a bit confused about when not to use the expression editor in iap situations though.
