little circles in top right of creator?

Hey guys, been looking all over and can't find out what this button does. It is the two circles in the top right of the creator under help and feedback. Turn blue when you press them and white if you press again. What do they do?
Also, I clicked them hoping they might allow me to select multiple items in a scene to move as a group. Anyone know if this is possible to do?

I don't think I ever found out what that button does. I don't remember anyway. I'd love a button to remove that bar completely, it's very annoying on a 13" MacBook Pro.

As for your other question you can't select multiple actors at once. One day maybe...
