Small forum change required so that I don't get in trouble at work!

Can you please make our profile picture shown on the private messaging screen smaller so that I can safely PM people on the forums without it being blatantly obvious to my boss and colleagues that I'm shirking all work responsibilities?

It's massive! I know I'm replying as myself so not really sure why it needs to be so big.
