How do I set up tables for a quiz game?

Hey everyone, ultra noob here. I'm trying to build a multiple choice quiz game with a, b, c, and d choices; for my little niece but I know nothing about what I'm doing. I thought maybe there would be some youtube videos on how to build quiz games with GameSalad but all I could find were templates. So I read a bunch of forums and people were saying for quiz games you should use tables, so I watched the table videos but still confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've not tried your template but how can I code this so the questions never repeat in the same run of the quiz

how do i get the game to select random questions. i followed the above video to create the tables but i did see anything associated with random question selection.
