GS Resizer To scale multiple Platforms

I was wondering, is there a GS resizer that is out there where the iphone size can get converted to the ipad android depending on the camera size. I saw over at DeepBlueApps, but it seems like its not available any longer. Or is there a method that we can setup manually to auto scale the screen or camera of an iphone 4 to iphone 5 and ipad and android devices? THANKS IN ADVANCE
