Rotating to mouse position

I've done this with touch, but it's not working right with a mouse position. I'm trying to have my actor rotate to the mouse hover position. It's not working correctly :O can someone help me out?

I'm not sure GS is set up for this. There is no hover with touch screens and GS is mostly geared to that.

I'm making a game for mac. it rotates, just not at the right angle. is there a way to set it the rotation angle to the angle of the mouse from the actor?
