Hello All,
In the Pro Forums I mentioned an outage with our mails servers that caused us to not receive Pro User submitted Support tickets, this outage also caused us to not receive any mails to MarketPlace@gamesalad.com as well. If you have recently submitted a mail to this address, please send it again. We will tackle these mails as they come and we regret this outage and the issues it may have caused you.
