endless scrolling background?

Hi guys 
Me again!
Little question: i noticed the graphics -> "horizontal wrap" attribute, and when i set it to tile, it still doesnt repeat itself when applying constant velocity.
Did i miss something? How can i create a scrolling background? That tiles automatically?
