Need PRO account for Android Testing?

Quick question - can I develop an android game and test it on my device with a standard account or do I need a PRO account.

You can develop with the free version but I believe when it comes time to test on an actual device you'll need to upgrade to pro. I could be wrong though since I have not developed for Android yet.
