Amazon and kindle publishing problem

Ive gone through all the steps I have in the past with no problem, but now all of a sudden when I publish android or a kindle .apk and try to install it on my kindle it says, "there was a problem parsing the package"
Has anyone else had this problem and have any idea how to fix this?
Ive googled it and only results I got was people complaining about downloading apps from app stores and it saying that. But doesn't seem like anyone fixed it, maybe this is a game salad issue? Im not to sure.
