Can Gamesalad Be Run On Samsung Galaxy Tab 3?

Hey everyone. I've got a badguy to take care of.
My brother just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 last Black Friday. Am I able to test Gamesalad games on it? And how do I do it? I'm having trouble figuring out how to ad-hoc for Windows, but I'll try to look into it more.
(P.S. I do not own pro. I know the free download doesn't support Android publishing, but me and my bros were hoping to be able to test a test version on my brother's tab.)
