Help wanted with Amazon rejection

Your app has failed a test case.

Bug Description: App is unstable
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install and launch the app.
2. Tap on "New Game".
3. Tap on "Continue".
4. Collect some objects and tap on bag.
5. Tap on collected items, specially chair.
6. App throws a custom error message, tap on "Ok".
7. App exits to the device screen.

Device(s):
Kindle Fire (1st Gen).
Kindle Fire (2nd Gen).
Kindle Fire HD 7 (2nd Gen).
Fire HD 8.9 Wifi (2nd Gen).
Fire HD 8.9 WAN (2nd Gen).
Kindle Fire HD 7 (3rd Gen).
Fire HDX 7 WAN (3rd Gen).
Fire HDX 7 WiFi (3rd Gen).
Fire HDX 8.9 WAN (3rd Gen).
Fire HDX 8.9 WiFi (3rd Gen).

    Same project which I sent to Apple App Store. Nothing changed except Apple GC Achievements and logo removed. Tested several times on iphone 4. Everything was ok.

    If I was you I would check out your bag, collected items and chair and see if you can fix this issue. Their telling you exactly where the issue is, shouldn't be that hard to figure out.


    I wouldn't trust it just from testing on a apple device, you should always test first with the device your trying to sell it on. Just my thoughts on that.
