Hi there,

After appeal the app store board has come back and said i need to change something on my app store page. I have now changed this and messaged them in the resolution centre

Will they look at it again now without submitting a new binary? They only mentioned the app store page in the rejection

Does anyone have experience in this?

It was a decision on a review board appeal that went in my favour. The original review was incorrect but they found a non-complying aspect in the app store page.

The app board person does say that it would be good to fix and then submit a new binary but i imagine this is a form letter as why would an app store update require a new binary...

You should post the actual message sent to you...your post seems rather vague...to me at least. I had a rejection and because it had something to do with the actual binary...they rejected it...and so if THEY did you should see that in the iTunes connect manage app page...upper right.
