Hi! 1) Yeah, you can, for sure. But I dont actually know can you use songs or melodies (autor rights huh) 2) Dont know bout windows, because I personally dont use it

you can make a game on the Windows creator, but to build and publish to iOS you must have a mac. You'll need to sign up for a developer account, download and install XCode (mac only) and then build and sign your app using the mac version of GS.
