Parental Gate in iOS app?

Hello.
I had an iOS app rejected today for the following reason:
24.3: Apps primarily intended for use by kids under 13 must get parental permission or use a parental gate before allowing the user to link out of the app or engage in commerce.
To be in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines, purchases must be behind a parental gate, and the parental gate may not be disabled.

I had built a page in this app that promoted another of my apps (incidentally a Free app) in the App Store with a link to it.
Q: Is it possible to set up a Parental Gate in GameSalad?
