why do i get 30 fps on android?

is it 30 fps at max on android? i have been deleting most of the actors and code to see if i could get more frame rates but i still have around 30 fps at max. Could some one help me on this?

Even a simple game or a template i test on the device and the viewer. I still got 30 fps at max.

What is the Max refresh rate of the device? We have rsync enabled on the engine.

I can't find any good official links to share but it looks like it is imposed by the android OS as a power saving feature. The max refresh rate for android is 30fps if we did not rsync you would get Screen tearing
