    I use this

    Just change the ACME to your company

    --------------
    Your software company (ACME) hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use NAME OF GAME(the Software).
    For evaluation, the license is granted, and is time-limited.
    For registered release you have to pay a license fee, by following instructions prompted by the program.

    You may:
    - use the Software on any single computer or mobile device;
    - use the Software on a second computer so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person and more than one copy is not simultaneously;
    - copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices.

    You may not:
    - permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above;
    - modify, translate, reverse engineer, recompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction),
    - create derivative works based on the Software;
    - copy the Software (except as specified above);
    - rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
    - remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

    TERMINATION.
    The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.

    DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

    @brickamator man why do you need your hand held for everything? Just modify it to shorten it. If you're gonna make it in game development you need to put some effort in yourself and use you own smarts.

    @FryingBaconStudios

    I have actually done much more that most 13 year olds. I just don't understand the legal stuff so I wanted to know if anyone that understands it had a good solution. Thanks for the suggestion of shortening it. I have not announced it yet due to some bugs, but if you don't believe me try my game Space Plunge on the ios app store.

    My kids did a lot too at a young age and there are many young people on here making games. It's always best to consult your parents in matters of legal issues.

    For the text that you enter in publishing, it only needs to state:

    - who is licensing the software
    - where they can find the license to read it
    - and that the license is binding upon use.

    (The help tip on publishing that suggests you enter the full EULA text was based on earlier assumptions about what data was bundled in Tizen apps). The URL field serves as the "where they can find it" requirement and it should link to a webpage with the full license agreement. So then you just need to satisfy the "who" and "binding on use" requirements. For example, something like this would be appropriate:

    MyGreatProject is licensed by MyGreatCompany. By using this software you agree to its Terms of Use.
