Actor behaves differently on iPad? [Time sensitive!]

I have a "move" behaviour that is set to move an actor to the left throughout the entire game. The speed of this actor is critical to the balancing of the game difficulty. I have perfected it on the iPhone, however, the exact same logic runs differently on the iPad version, the actor moves faster thereby ruining the balancing of the difficulty.
Does the "move" behaviour act differently on an iPad compared to an iPhone?
The only thing I can think of as a suspect is a potential difference in how the move actor behaves in different resolutions, maybe the behaviour is relative.

It could be due to the different processor speed but theoretically the Move behavior should move that many pixels per second. So it shouldn't differ on devices.

Try this demo on iPad and iPhone. After 1 second, the actor moves for 5 seconds at speed 60. It starts at x=200 and should end at x=500 (because 200+5*60=500).
