Do you guys see this? How do i publish and work with the appstore?

Hey I finally finished my game and for the past day i have been trying to figure out all the stuff. Im not sure if its just me but its so confusing and the Wiki doesn't help me to much.
Some questions for example are:
When i press publish in gamesalad how do i change the app id name?
Do i need to create a new app id for ech app? If so how do i change it when i publish and all that?
Whats the SKU number what do i type?
Whats wrong with my binary app file that it will not let me upload?
I have a lot of questions and i dont understand were to find the answers. Please help me i want to submit my app already.
