Hey there,

Think of a badminton birdie. You hit it up and the heavy side leads the way, and perhaps it may spin but the spin is irregular due the offset. Then as it lands it rights itself on the way down.

How do I go about creating this for an actor? Thanks!

I'm not sure if you can offset the weight of an actor.

But you could create 2 separate actors, one being the top of the shuttlecock and the other being the tail. Make the head more dense than the tail and create a rule a rule on the top that spawns the tail and then constrain the X and Y of the tail in some relation to the top so that it looks like a shuttlecock i guess.

I'm not really sure how to do that very well and I don't have time to play around with it at the moment, but i might give it a go tomorrow. I have a deadline tomorrow for my art :S

Hey thanks. I think I get what you're saying. I'm new to GS. I was hoping to be able to group two actors together, one heavier than the other. I am working on a shooting game and liked to be able to shoot a round that wobbles in the air and rights itself upon landing.
