Snigger. I miss you guys already, i can't still be drunk can i? I probably made all sorts of promises to various people, of help, graphics, hair styling tips, etc but i can remember nothing. If i did, you'll have to remind me, or yer know, understand we were all quite 'happy', and realize i probably don't have a interstellar spaceship (or any spare sisters).

Seriously if i did seem to be following your conversation and offered any help, let me know.

Next time we need a country pub + seats + food + a decent garden appchogie can run around in.

Vmlweb, it was all very GameSalad-y. Everyone who turned up was over 18 and everyone enjoyed a drink or 2 whilst talking, demonstrating etc GameSalad related stuff.

I left after several hours (too see Beardyman), at that stage no one was drunk, just lots of useful chatter and ideas from some very talented people.

Next time we meet up, come down - I know Funkleberry and QS will agree to drink Lemonade all day.

You know, I'd love to make a game while drinking with people from the forums on a sunny day in a pub.

Till we can 'merge' stuff (if ever) I'm not sure it's very likely.

The alternative is to have a competition. But personally I was a little disappointed I didn't get to speak to everyone enough, so splitting up and doing that sounds like less fun than it should.

VM - any suggestions?

We had very in depth conversations about nearly all aspects of gaming and gamesalad. There was an incredible wealth of experience at the meet, and felt honoured to have met them all. To disregard the meet as 'just an opportunity to get drunk' is an insult. But without one handsome gene to share between us, how else were we going to attract any women, if it wasn't through our drinking prowess?

I was only joking Vmlweb. Honestly my humour will be the death of me. Absolutely no insult taken, sorry if you thought i was "havin' a go". Seriously, we did all the gamesalady things you could wish for, AND have fun. It really was a great evening. I hope you can make it to the next one, and i hope it's soon. 1st of every month i say! What does the wooliest amongst us say? When will the next on be?

1st of every month is usually on a weekday, I think June 5th or 6th would be better

I can't do the first weekend of June or July to be honest. So I don't know! Should we use the current stickied post to plan the next one?

My posts don't show up in that thread though...

Anyway, enough posting on the 'net while supposedly working, I'm off to the pub!
