    It's a good site and it is free but people should keep in mind that each artist/image has its own license details (e.g. http://opengameart.org/content/faq#q-licenses).

    so you cant use it for game without edit it?

    You can use some... Eg. I post there without any restrictions on the art, others required a mention in the credits or a use only for non-commercial works. It's always in the licence code - which has to be set when uploading to opengameart - so every bit of art on the site has a licence code. Check it before using the art.
