Getting the following image when trying to work with Tizen

I am hoping to get some help with someone who has had luck publishing with the new Tizen platform. I have been following the GS Cookbook and I am stuck on Installing the Tizen SDK. Here is the error message I am getting:

If the image embed didn't work I am getting an error message that says: "inst-manager" is damaged and can't be opened. You should eject the disk image. "inst-manager" is on the disk image "tizen-sdk-mac64-v2.2.71-3.dmg"

    Are you using OS X Mavericks ? Try changing the gatekeeper to anywhere in Gatekeeper options are found in Apple menu > System Preferences… > Security & Privacy > General tab under the header "Allow applications downloaded from:"
