Making a game based off a tv show

Would i be able to make a game thats based off a tv show abit like how there is , duck dynasty beard app and survival run ;which is bear gryils

Do i need permission or can i just do one and they cant say anything ?

If it's released for free and you make absolutely no profit from it whatsoever, I don't think there could be too big of a problem

Is there anyway to get permission ?
And for example if it was duck dynasty and i called it duck hunting ; in the same font and style as duck dynasty then used characters that looked similar to duck dynasty but was , called different names ; would it still be copyright ?

All those things are copyrighted and trademarked free or not you can not do that. Apple will reject the app when it violates a copyright or trademark.
