GameSalad Template Website

I want to make my own gamesalad template website, where people can buy a template to start there own game.

Websites similar to deepblue apps and gshelper

I am wondering what templates you would all want me to create

Like what templates would you want to buy ?

Please post your template ideas and hopefully this can go somewhere :)

Personally I'd encourage you to enhance your own skills before beginning to sell templates. It's not easy -- selling is only a small fraction. Support takes up tons of time.

People who buy templates are going to want to make sure that the person who created the template is very experienced. I agree that creating certain templates has taught me some things, but I didn't start until I had a pretty darn good knowledge of the tool and the vast majority of the learning curve was behind me.

I agree with the above...not that I have experience making templates, but I have bought several and my suggestion is if you make a template that unlocks levels as you go....please do add the save and load attributes so the next time they open the game...their progress is saved....I recently bought a template for $35 believing the levels would stay unlocked...and they don't...I have yet to figure out what attribute in the template I'm suppose to be trying to save and load....and so for now unless Stormy Studios helps me or I find out how to do it...or have to pay someone to fix it....I consider the template a loss....so please please....know what your selling and help us buyers know everything they are OR are NOT getting. Thank you

@jordeyy Don't be put off making such a site. There is deffinetly room for another site out there and support isn't brill at a certain site which I won't mention either. Unanswered support tickets and templates optimised for old iPhones are not good but they do help you out if you break the template down and re-write them. however I do agree that if you are selling such a template they need to function 100%

You can buy & sell your templates in Appselly. Just %25 percent, but its fair I think :)

You can also sell at DeepBlueMarket and receive instant payments of 80%.

Customer support and making sure you include a ton of notes so the user understands what is what is #1 along with making nice templates of course.

I bend over backwards helping our less experienced members but remember they're not just buying a product they're also buying your knowledge, expertise and expect free help if they get stuck.

    Darren.
