Can't publish to Gamesalad Arcade

I tried to publish my game to gamesalad arcade as a work in progress game. After it says that the game is ready I click on
the "click here" hyperlink and it redirect me to publishing portal. Can anyone explaine me why I can't access the game in Arcade?
