Attribute pop-ups don't appear when using windows 8.1

I was unable to use the constrain attribute function because the control pop-up didn't appear when i clicked on the "a" drop down option. I downloaded gamesalad on my old computer running windows 7 and this appears to work fine. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if I didn't install everything properly on my new computer. Is anyone else experiencing this, or have a solution I haven't thought of?

    Me too facing the same issue on Windows 8.1 either on "a" or "e" !!
