Rearrange actors after banner ad is removed.

I am going to use iAd's for the first time.
Since it takes up some of the scene real estate, I think it would look strange to simply remove it after the IAP and leave a blank area.
I am thinking of having nearby actors rearrange to take over that area after IAP.
Is this common procedure or is there a better way making the layout look decent after removing the banner?
Thanks.

I cant say completely what should be done, because there are too many variables. But I will offer a couple of my ideas.
Portrait for IPhone, you can enlarge the viewable play area when they purchase the IAP.
Landscape, you could enlarge actors that display important information so they can be more clearly read (Health, lives...). Or move something from another more cramped area into the free space.
If the ad is just hovering over an area that would otherwise just be blank space, maybe just let it be blank (This is what I normally do.) Screen Real Estate does not to be consumed to be useful. Sometimes just losing the "clutter" is enough.
