Gamesalad works hard and will eventually solve your issue. Be patient

Bro u dont know how difficult it is to use gamesalad for me....u got all facilities but i dont......and btw with this bad service it is better to start learning coding (:| .........still will wait for a few days to see what they do

I don't really know the details of what you've been through but:

(a) If you contacted GS Support, I'm sure you'll hear back. It's Monday night/Tuesday morning. When did you contact them?

(b) If GameSalad is hard for you to use because you can't seem to figure it out, I'm not sure what to say. It's not for everyone. I would encourage you -- if you want to stick around -- to view the many video tutorials that are available to the public. That's how I learned to use GameSalad and it's how most people here figure things out.

I don't have any more access to the "admins" than you do. If you're sticking around, then let's get down to it and help each other out with questions about Creator.
