For the time being I'm going to continue to work on 'Quake builder'. do some updates, add more levels make it a more rounded game. I'm happy with the style of it and all, but I think it needs to be a bigger game...Maybe 2 more stages... Also trying to perfect the multi touch blocks.
After that I'm wanting to make about 3 quick projects, just to get the out there and maybe make some quick bucks off the back of them.
Then hopefully tackle a beat em up, sort of 'Double Dragon' style.
I'm working on a super-duper secret iPad game that is almost complete. I'll be releasing promo videos and screenshots soon enough, though. It's definitely the game I've put the most time and effort into, so I'm really trying to get it right the first time. No promising updates of features to come, it needs to be final first. Then if sales take off, I'll look into adding more.
@ Stormy: I think you need to add a lot more levels. No offense, but 20 is a really small offering from a game of Quake Builder's genre. It looks like a very polished and nice game, but I think the amount of levels is holding it back.
I'm working on two games. One for the iPhone called Flick A Fly (used to be Stunt Fly) and a much more involved Flick A Fly Deluxe for the iPad. They both have the same character and a little crossover but the "Deluxe" version has different game play and extra features. The iPhone version just has one element right now because the engine's having trouble keeping up with the processing. I essentially had to reinvent that version and cut an awful lot out. In fact the latter is still stuttering too much so I have my work cut out.
I can't say much about my game, other than it involves many levels, and crates. Haha, sorry for being so vague. Looking froward to see a few of these projects you guys are talking of. Hopefully I will get my game out for the international iPad release!
Graphics are such a bugger! They are certainly my downfall, Im spending hours trying to get it right and much less time building the game actually. Anyway time will tell and you'll all be the judge of it.
