Better Cannon Rotation

Hello GS'ers,

Would anyone know how to fix the rotation problem in the GS Cannon template? As it is, the actor "Cannon" can spin in a 720 degree rotation, I want it to be a max of a 45 degree angle, I'm not seeing in there where that would be set. I do see a "max" formula, but i've never dealt with one of those before. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
