Game failed Tizen validation due to back button

My game has failed validation twice now due to the back button to returning to the previous page.

The thing is my game is built on one scene so it does not support the back button. I tell this to the reviewers in the comments section when I submit my app but they seem to ignore it. What should I do? I don't want to rebuild my game with multiple scenes just so the back button works.

Strange. One of my apps got accepted and it was all in one scene, and I had back buttons. Odd

I don't know anything about the Tizen approval process but can you just add a title screen and then a back button in the gameplay screen (and just change the camera origin to move between them)?
