Kindle Fire Sound Issues - has anyone else received email from Amazon?

Today I received an email from Amazon about sound issues when playing my games on Kindle Fire HDX 8.9.
The games are published with the latest version of Gamesalad. Has anyone else been contacted?
Is there a known issue?

Here's the email I received:

I only had this once. I then did a new apk file and everything was ok.

Yeah we have had a bunch of these emails hit us from Amazon awhile back. We ran a bunch of tests using the last stable build, and there is something wacky with the new Amazon HD's that don't like the sounds. They get put on infinite loops. The nightly builds fixed that, and we submitted new builds and everything was ok for us. So I am assuming the next stable release will have this fix implemented as well.

I have just received the same problem notification from Amazon Saying Kindle Fire HDX sounds are distorted so app has been rejected.

Anything new for fixing this issue?
