Uploaded game behaves differently

I uploaded my first game (Sight Word Fly By) to the Arcade and it does not work the same way when played in the arcade. Example 1) on the splash screen the Play and Options button slide into place, in the arcade the Play button moves off the screen., 2)An actor plays a sound every 15 seconds, on the Arcade version these sounds are not played however other sounds do play. Any help greatly appreciated
