How to constantly update an app?

Hello, first of all , i know this community is for game development , but i don't know many forums where i can ask about developing apps. So if you can please answer me , that'll be great. I was just wondering , how news apps can be updated constantly, what the developer use to do that, because i want to make an educational app witch i can update every day with new content .

Unless you made a website based app that streams the website info to the app (can't be done in GS), updating everyday isn't possible like that

It's all still in the testing phase but it's definitely possible to build an app that uses updated website data, even if that data changes on a daily basis.
