Tag problem

Hey, I have so many actors that I can't drag the appropiate ones to their respective tags in the actor menu. And in the actors attribute section, when I try to click on the tag they belong to, it won't click. The only way to get them to be of that tag is to drag them over to it, but the window won't scroll down when trying to do so, I'm on the windows version by the way.
