What if I want to convert game to other platforms on windows?

Since the windows version doesn't have drag and drop between games, what other way is there to transfer resources from a platform type to another without re-making from scratch. I saw there was a program for converting games to different platforms, but it was only for mac as well.
I tried to move all the assets, data, info, etc from one folder to another and tried to make a new game.exe, but the game didn't even run at all when I clicked it.
Also I solved my memory problem, I had 2,000 saved behaviors in my game, which was causing major slow down. I deleted it and the game now saves and loads near instantly.
