Problem with icon in "Game Salad Project Management"

Hi,
now i download my game and when i charge my application in iphone, the icon is "Blank/white" ...

if i see in "Game Salad Project Management" web the icon is "Blank/white...Why? how to solve?

i delete this project and create a new..but the problem is the same
