You cannot load external data into GameSalad.

Yes, GameSalad definitely requires you to be able to think on your toes!
Almost any 2D game can be made with GameSalad, but there are no Arrays, Loops, or external data...

Yes you can save data out and load it back it with the Load & Save behaviours

You can save games, just use the save attirbute and load attribute

Yes, sorry. You CAN save and load attributes. So you can save game data.
