Publishing and app to the Apple App Store Problems

Hey Everyone,

Well I fully developed my app but I now have no Idea how to publish it and get a bootable copy for my PC.

1st Problem- I developed my app but I know in order to get my app published for the app store I need a mac. Is there anyway other than going to my friends house to publish my app to the app store?

2nd Problem- I do not know how to get a ZIP file of my App to send to the apple development team to get it approved how do I do this?

    To get it on any other platform besides apple or html you will have to be a PRO member. To publish it to ios you must have a developer account (developer.apple.com)

    Once you have a development account make your profiles, download them and install them then publish. (mac only)

    Without a pro membership you can only publish to ios and html.
    Without a ios developer account you can only publish to the gamesalad arcade (html)

    Ok so I have a Apple Developer account already but my question was can I use a Mac on Virtual Box to publish a app
