Uploading New Version of Game

I have recently tried to update my app on the app store, but I keep receiving error messages. I have enclosed a picture. Have any of you guys seen this before and if so, how can I fix it?

I have already tried deleting/recreating certificates, provisioning profile, and a different .app from the original game. Could the problem be that my original game was uploaded in the "iPhone" format while this one is uploaded in the "Universal" format?

Have you used same provisioning profile ?
Have you generated new bundle identifier?

I have used the same provisioning profiles but generated a new bundle identifier for the new version of the app.

Are you using the 'add version' in itunesconnect - needs to have same BundleID..

Tried using same bundle id and still doesn't work. I download the app to my desktop --> compress it into a .zip file --> upload it using application loader --> then it fails

oh.. I have yet to use game salad but generally my apps are .ipa files not .zip , but ipa is just another form of zip - not sure which Apple prefers… And I'm assuming you set it up correctly in itunesconnect by doing the add version to the current App? Sorry can't be more help give ya a free bump tho

For upload new version you need same bundle id and same provisioning profile used to send the app the first time

Ok I think I deleted the original provisioning profile for this app, so am I out of options? Or could I create a new one?
