Nook keeps rejecting my apps?

- We are unable to install this application due to this error: INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES. Its possible the apk file was signed, edited, and not resigned. Please fix this error and resubmit.

thats the error I'm receiving, Im sending in the signed apk I'm not sure what the problem is.
