Tizen game in Resolution Independece?

Hello, I forgot to ask this the other day, but if you made a game R.I. for Tizen, would it get rejected? Earlier on, the cookbook for Tizen said to have it checked off, but now with new info out, I heard some Tizen devices require it, so what is the situation now?

    as far as I know only iOS apps take advantage of RI. everything else ignores it.

    So it's safe to make a game RI for Tizen and it will still be accepted just that the RI feature will not be utilized, correct?
