Tizen app rejected Please help!

ok i tested the signed app on the emulator the reason for rejection was because when the home button is pressed the emulator goes to home screen but when the app re-opens it freezes? and i have just checked the error warning messages and the only on the tizen sdk is this:

[Interruption Error] Application is frozen when coming out of hold mode.
[Defect]
Application is frozen when coming out of hold mode.
[Procedure]
1. Execute the application.
2. Select 'start'.
3. Press some key (HOLD KEY/CENTER KEY)
4. Check the application
[Expected Result]
Application should not frozen when coming out of hold mode.
