Universal builds help!!!

Hi i make and app for all android and all apples devices. My game doesn't work on tablets (android) it fuzzes out i was guessing because its not the right size. So i looked up and saw i needed universal builds in my game. I looked up the video on you tube by gshelper.com and did what he said. I press play and i don't see where i can pick which devices i would like to see and test one my computer eg .Apple ipad or apple iphone 5

I;m using windows7
stated my game on iphone 4s size
