At a total loss - can't get my game published

I simply would like to publish an early alpha of my game to GameSalad Arcade in HTML5 so that I can share it with people.

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I've tried like 4 times to publish, and I keep getting stuck on this:

"Congratulations. Your app is ready! You asked us to build it 2014-02-11 18:44:46 UTC. To start the app the signing process click here"

When I "click here" it just takes me back to the main project info page, and nothing happens at all. It just shows the "Arcade Info" page. I have 89% for the little slider bar, so I don't think that's an issue. I've tried multiple browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox). I use Windows 7 x64 but I feel like that shouldn't matter for a website. I've disabled all my extensions etc in my browsers, and made sure that all plugins are allowed.

I'm going figuratively bonkers here trying to figure this out.

Have you been to your profile page to see it its published? There really is no signing process needed for HTML5 Arcade games. Usually once you press the 'click here' button its done and posted.

Thank you Jamie! It's there! I wonder if the Arcade page should mention that... It was very confusing for me. It gave me a link that seemingly did nothing.
