Does this In-App Purchase look like a trick? (potential rejection)

After level 8 of my game the "next level button" turns into a golden key.
It is the golden key for the locked door which you see right before the win screen.
This would trigger the in-app purchase pop up. Forward button replaced by Key. (screenshot 1)
Or in The level select the "next" button also turns into the same key (screenshot 2)
Question:
Since the player is used to hit the forward button in these cases this could be seen as a trick, what do you guys think?
Does it look like a potential rejection reason?
(i have a restore purchases button and a shop version to get the key)

If they are able to view it as deceitful or deceptive for whatever reason, it will get rejected.
I doubt the reviewers will be going click crazy trying to play another round, and they are likely to read what is on the screen as well.
If there is always a button in the center of the screen after the round, and suddenly that button becomes an ad, that is considered tricking the user. I don't know about "rate" or IAP buttons though... both things have further prompts that require user input and could be "legitimately" placed just about anywhere, where the ad equals profit from click, without any further interaction.
I don't even think they care that you are "tricking" the user, I think the things you are referring to are rules to stop people from profiting on iAds from false impressions and unintentional clicks.
Thanks that was insightful
I Will try it if they reject I fix it quickly.
Np good for now.

I would load your game onto a device and have someone who has no idea about the game play it. See what they do when they get to level 8 and ask what did they think when they were now assuming the game would go one way, but you changed things on them. Did it make them upset? Was 8 levels enough to make them want to spend money? Were they ok with the way you put the in app in there? All that kind of stuff is just good R&D before you throw up your game, and find out that you just made a bunch of people mad.
Just my 2 cents.
