PlayHaven interstitial ad problem

Hello,

I've activated PlayHaven under the Interstitial Ads menu in the publishing site and checked on Enable Advertisement box in the Change Scene Behavior but its not showing up at all. Am i missing something?

Same with me. Good question. This is a problem recently. Not sure why I can't see the Playhaven ads.

I'm having the same problem. Did either of you manage to find a solution.

In creator, go to home then click the "services" tab & make sure Playahaven is checked

Hmm that's what did it for me..is your tax info filled in for your account?

There is a problem with PlayHaven on iPad builds and Universal builds ... If you run it on iPhone you are good ... Hope this helps.

does iads take a while to appear? my game got approved a hour ago but iads and playhaven are not showing at all, i tested them on adhoc and everything works fine.

Having a problem signed up with playhaven/upsight the new way they showed us and now no ads show up ,it's been a week and no luck.
