Strange Android Bug.

I wanted to port my game to Android. But there is a strange issue. It is flickering black for a short moment. I think it happens when the moving actor collide with another. Is this a known bug? Is there a way to fix this?

I am having this same problem on both the Android Viewer, signed apk, and app downloaded from the Play Store.
