When publishing to Tizen, what fields are initially essential?

Would I be able to publish now without filling out the customer service and app license url? Then later, after it gets approved for the Tizen store, fill that information then like the EULA?

EDIT: Nevermind, a message appears saying all of it has got to be filled out. Just before that, there were no error messages after filling out the description.
